If you happen to get a copyright claim on Meta (which doesn't happen often, but it's not unheard of), don't worry! Usually, the content just gets blocked or muted, and you'll get a heads up that you need permission from the rights holder to keep it accessible.
But here's the good news: you can bring back the music to your video by disputing the claim and showing that you have the right to use the music. The process might sound a bit tricky, but it's not rocket science!
- If you encounter a pop-up window, simply inform them by writing in the provided text box that you have a license from Cora Music granting you the right to use the music in your video, and you're all set!
- If you are asked to attach a document with a certificate of your license, no biggie! Just shoot us an email at metasupport@coramusic.com, tell us which video got the claim, and we'll send you a pre-filled certificate to send over to Meta.
Easy peasy, right? So, don't stress—let's get that music back where it belongs!
