Most of the time, you will not get a copyright claim when using music licensed through Cora Music. If you do, do not worry. A claim is not harmful. It is YouTube’s way of making sure music creators get paid for their work.
Why does a claim appear?
Sometimes a claim appears simply because our system has not yet removed it from your video. Your Cora Music license is valid and protects your video, and the claim will be removed once reviewed. In most cases the system clears it automatically, but it can sometimes be a little slow. If that happens, we remove it manually.
What about ad revenue?
You also do not need to worry about ad revenue. Any income your video earns will be released back to you as soon as the claim is cleared. You have not lost any earnings while the claim was there.
